Fraternity hires new coordinator of member services

 

EVANSTON, IL – Sigma Alpha Epsilon is pleased to announce that Juan I. Faria (Salem State University ’17) has been hired as the Coordinator of Member Services.

A native of Massachusetts, Faria joined Massachusetts Tau-Gamma at Salem State University in October of 2013. He served on the executive board for his entire undergraduate career, including the positions of: Eminent Archon, Eminent Deputy Archon, Treasurer, Eminent Herald, New Member Educator and Alumni Relations Chair. He also served three consecutive terms as Treasurer for the Inter-Greek Council, emphasizing financial education and literacy. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting, as well as minors in history and criminal justice.

Faria previously worked in Salem State University’s Purchasing Department, overseeing database management and training faculty & staff on current policies and procedures. His vendor list included Staples, JPMorgan Chase, Home Depot and Grainger.
